You hand out Private Placement Offering documents to potential investors. At my company, it was a fairly long legal document and it explained that the investment was for a PPO and not a public company, yada yada yada. I think lawyers and accountants probably know how to draft these. But once it's made, you just make copies and hand them out.

Then, if someone decides to invest, you have a book of stock certificates. You make out their certificate for the amount they are investing (how much stock they will own) and you have to do some other paperwork and keep track of all this. When it's tax time, you have to inform the investors if you had a loss or a gain and there are tax forms you have to send out to everyone.

Good luck! :)

Organic produce has it's own brand positioning. It is the distinctive position that all brands attempt to adopt in its own competitive environment. The organic produce role: being to ensure that individuals in the intended target market can tell the brand, identify it by recognition and distinguish the benefits of its own perceived value both for health and monetarily. Apart from all others, that brand positioning is what separates the jump off the shelf and stagnant produce in stores. For example, organic foods has established an image which conveys that it is safer and more nutritious than conventionally grown foods. Remember the tomato scare not so long ago? The tomatoes that were not quarantined were the organics. Also before that scare, remember the whole spinach crisis where products nationally were taken off the shelves? The organics were still being sold. Market recognition right then pushed the defining truth even further as new shoppers found the little higher price, very little by difference when thinking about their own families health. Every element of the communication mix, including advertising, world news and word of mouth has been carefully manipulated and shown to establish organic produces branding position nothing but a positive image.

Actually a really neat website to use is CafePress.com

You can design your logo and put it on T-Shirts, bags, coffe mugs, all kinds of things.

People can order your product on-line just by looking for a specific search. Or you can open your own online "store" and people can browse through everything you have designed.

You can get them to create the merchandise and you can sell it at local flea markets or at local events like fairs and festivals.
